Estranged Husband

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any a lot more. He stated he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.

We were able to offer our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
